2 Eligibility & Account Registration

3 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are currently active at pac88: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
- Deposited funds are generally added to the account balance instantly.
- The details provided at the time of deposit must match your own registered account.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing time is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered to your account.
- Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- The relevant wagering requirement must be met before a bonus balance can be withdrawn.

- No additional processing fee is charged with each withdrawal request — however, your payment provider's own fees may apply.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome bonus currently offered by pac88 is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Two working examples are given below:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳6,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳11,000
5.1 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw a bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus total. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in betting must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
- Attempting to obtain bonuses through multiple accounts or via third parties is prohibited.
- pac88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion.
- Bonuses are generally valid for a set period — expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
5.3 VIP Program
pac88's VIP program has three tiers. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity and participation on the platform. pac88 retains the specific benefits for each tier and reserves the right to make changes.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules always apply to betting and gaming activities on pac88:
- A bet that has been confirmed once cannot be changed or cancelled.
- In the case of an incomplete game or bet due to a technical error, pac88 will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
- In the event of any dispute over a game result, the data recorded on pac88's servers shall be considered final.
- pac88 reserves the right to void unusual winnings obtained from a software error or bug.
6.1 Sports Betting
Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The markets and odds offered may change at any time. Always confirm the current odds before placing a bet.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the settlement of the relevant bet will follow the applicable rules.
- pac88 will not be liable for bets that are not completed due to network disconnection during a live betting session.
6.2 Casino Games
Slots, live casino (including Vivo Live), fishing games, and board games are available at pac88. All games are operated fairly. Each game has its own rules, which are shown when the game loads.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pac88 platform. If such activities are detected, the account may be immediately closed and legal action may be taken where applicable:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Using a false identity or documents.
- Using pac88 for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the system.

8 Limitation of Liability

11 Account Suspension & Closure
11.1 Closure by the User
You may request to close your pac88 account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. If an active bonus wagering requirement is still in progress, the bonus balance may be forfeited.
11.2 Suspension or Closure by pac88
pac88 may suspend or close an account under any of the following circumstances:
